Longefellowes Designs - Fantasy #1 Librarian

Librarian started out as a dare - as to whether or not I could (a) sculpt a portrait and (b) had the guts to do a pin-up version of Sarah Palin. With about 60 people 'against' me, I took their challenge. Frankly, I think we all won this one.

Librarian is a One-of-a-kind Art Doll bust hand sculpted of Sculpey polymer clay (over wire armature). Librarian is hand painted with acrylic paints.This piece is a complete sculpt, which is to say that there is nothing other than clay, paint and wire involved.
